CLIENT SERVICES & LIABILITY WAIVER

“Please read this agreement carefully before booking any session, product, or service.”

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any session, product, or service offered by Sacred Veil Haven LLC (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please do not book or participate.

SECTION 1: NATURE OF SERVICES

Sacred Veil Haven LLC offers spiritual, intuitive, educational, and supportive services — including, but not limited to, remote Reiki, energetic mapping, intuitive readings, ritual guidance, somatic grounding support, and ritual products. These services are designed to support your personal exploration, spiritual practice, and holistic well-being.

You understand and agree that:

1.1 These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing offered by the Company should be construed as such.

1.2 The practitioner, Jeanette Koontz, is not a licensed medical provider, therapist, or counselor. She does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or physical condition.

1.3 No specific outcomes, results, healing, predictions, or “cures” are guaranteed. Spiritual and energetic work is deeply personal, and individual experiences vary widely. Any testimonials shared by the Company represent individual experiences and do not constitute a guarantee of similar results.

1.4 You are fully responsible for your own decisions, health, emotional well-being, and life choices — before, during, and after any session or use of any product.

SECTION 2: CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Your participation in these services is a collaborative act. To honor both your safety and the integrity of this work, you agree to the following:

2.1 You will seek the guidance of licensed professionals for any medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns. These services do not replace professional care.

2.2 You will disclose any relevant medical or mental health conditions prior to your session that may affect your experience — including, but not limited to, pregnancy, epilepsy, PTSD, severe anxiety, or any condition that could be impacted by energetic or somatic practices.

2.3 You will not rely on these services for emergency support, crisis intervention, or urgent mental health care.

SECTION 3: CRISIS & EMERGENCY LIMITATIONS

Sacred Veil Haven LLC does not provide crisis support, emergency intervention, or mental health therapy. The Company is not equipped, licensed, or obligated to serve as a crisis resource. The Company has no duty to intervene in any crisis situation.

If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact one of the following resources immediately:

SECTION 4: ELIGIBILITY

4.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to book, purchase, or participate in any session, product, or service offered by the Company.

4.2 No services are provided to minors under any circumstances.

4.3 Providing false age information constitutes a material breach and renders this Agreement void.

SECTION 5: BOOKING & PAYMENT

5.1Payment in Full. Payment is due in full at the time of booking (for sessions) or at checkout (for products). No session will be confirmed until payment is received.

5.2Authorized Payment Methods. Payments are processed through Stripe, Square, or other payment processors integrated with the Company’s booking and sales platforms.

5.3Currency. All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

5.4Payment Plans. No payment plans are available unless explicitly agreed to in writing by the Company.

SECTION 6: CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

The following policies apply to all sessions, products, and services. Please review carefully before booking.

6.1Cancellation with 24+ Hours’ Notice. You may reschedule once or receive a refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

6.2Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice. The session fee is forfeited in full. No refund will be issued.

6.3No-Show. The full session fee is forfeited. No refund will be issued.

6.4Rescheduling (Once per Booking). Rescheduling is permitted with 24 or more hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a $25 fee.

6.5Completed Sessions. No refunds will be issued once a session has been delivered.

6.6Digital Products (PDFs, Ritual Guides). No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered.

6.7Physical Products. A refund will be issued only if an item arrives damaged. Photo proof is required within 7 (seven) days of delivery.

6.8Emergency Exceptions. Emergency exceptions may be granted at the practitioner’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6.9Company Cancellation. The Company may cancel a session due to emergency or illness. In such cases, the Company will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

SECTION 7: TECHNOLOGY & FORCE MAJEURE

7.1 The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by technology failures — including, but not limited to, Zoom outages, phone connectivity issues, internet disruptions, email delivery failures, platform malfunctions, or power outages.

7.2 The Company is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government orders, civil unrest, strikes, acts of war, or any circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

7.3 If a session is interrupted due to circumstances described in Sections 7.1 or 7.2, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

SECTION 8: PRODUCT SAFETY & DISCLAIMERS

The Company offers ritual products — including, but not limited to, ritual kits, sprays, candles, crystals, and herbal blends. These products are created for spiritual and ritual use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

By purchasing or using any product, you agree to:

8.1 Keep all products away from children and pets.

8.2 Follow all safety instructions provided with each product — including, but not limited to: never leaving candles unattended; avoiding contact with eyes and not ingesting sprays; and understanding that some crystals may contain minerals that are toxic if ingested.

8.3 Assume full responsibility for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of any product.

SECTION 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 All materials created, developed, or provided by the Company — including written guides, rituals, frameworks, session recordings (if any), PDFs, product descriptions, proprietary methods, and brand content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Sacred Veil Haven LLC.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly perform, or share any Company materials without prior written permission.

9.3 Materials provided to you are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

SECTION 10: CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

10.1 Your information — including intake forms, session content, and personal disclosures — is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except under the following circumstances:

(a) As required by law, court order, or subpoena;

(b) When there is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of serious harm to you or others;

(d) As necessary to enforce this Agreement or collect payment.

10.2 Session content may be anonymized and used for professional supervision, training, or educational purposes. No identifying information will be disclosed without your written consent.

10.3 The Company’s full Privacy Policy applies and is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

SECTION 11: ASSUMPTION OF RISK

11.1 You understand that spiritual and energetic practices may bring up unexpected emotions, physical sensations, memories, or psychological discomfort. These experiences, while often meaningful, can be intense and are inherent to the nature of this work.

11.2 You voluntarily assume all risks — known and unknown — associated with your participation in any session, use of any product, or reliance on any information provided by the Company.

11.3 You are free to stop, pause, or withdraw from any session at any time, for any reason. There is no obligation to continue any practice that feels unsafe or uncomfortable.

SECTION 12: RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This section constitutes a binding waiver of legal rights. Please read carefully.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sacred Veil Haven LLC, its owner Jeanette Koontz, and any employees, contractors, or agents (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your participation in any session, use of any product, or reliance on any information provided — including claims of negligence.

12.2 The Releasees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

12.3 This waiver applies to both known and unknown risks. You expressly waive the protection of any law or statute that would otherwise limit the scope of this release to claims known or suspected at the time of signing.

SECTION 13: INDEMNIFICATION

13.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

(a) Your breach of any provision of this Agreement;

(b) Your negligence or willful misconduct;

(d) Any harm caused to yourself or others as a result of your participation in any service or use of any product.

SECTION 14: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1Good-Faith Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact the Company at operations@sacredveilhaven.studio to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith.

14.2Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

14.3Mandatory Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to mandatory binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules — unless the claim qualifies for adjudication in small claims court.

14.4Class Action Waiver. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding of any kind.

14.5Venue. For any claim eligible for small claims court, the exclusive venue shall be the state courts of Denver County, Colorado.

SECTION 15: SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

15.1Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Company’s Privacy Policy and any applicable Website Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements — whether written or oral.

15.3Modifications. No oral statements, representations, or modifications shall be binding. This Agreement may only be amended in writing by the Company.

SECTION 16: ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By scheduling a session through our online booking system (Acuity Scheduling), submitting payment, or purchasing any product or service from Sacred Veil Haven LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Electronic acceptance carries the same legal force as a handwritten signature under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

By completing your booking or purchase, you confirm that:

16.1 You are at least 18 years of age;

16.2 You have read this Agreement in its entirety;

16.3 You understand your rights and obligations under this Agreement; and

16.4 You voluntarily consent to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
