MY APPROACH
Each session is a ceremony of intention meeting what is beyond my control—where curiosity meets intuition, and meaning is allowed to emerge rather than be prescribed.
As a Usui Reiki Master with over three years of practice since my initiations, I’ve learned to listen for the flow of energy, its convergence, and its invitation to be received.
My continued education in Reiki, intuitive development, emotional processing, mindfulness, and astrology has shaped a modality between practice and letting go. Astrology offers a symbolic language for patterns, seasons, and cycles; Reiki offers presence; intuition opens possibilities; ritual gives insight a place to land.
I don’t approach these practices as rigid systems with singular answers. They are complementary pathways for reflection and exploration, held alongside discernment and personal agency.
I hold the space.
