I create intentional spaces for you to slow down, listen inward, and explore what your body, energy, intuition, and inner knowing may already be trying to tell you.

Not by telling you who you are.

Not by handing you a predetermined answer.

But by sitting beside you while we listen for what’s already there.

The Work

My work weaves together Reiki and energy work, intuitive and channeled guidance, astrology, ceremony, ritual, and reflection.

Sometimes you need grounding.

Sometimes you need perspective.

Sometimes you need to mark a beginning, an ending, a release, or a return to yourself.

And sometimes you need somewhere safe to be still long enough to hear your own knowing again.

Whatever brings you here, the work is collaborative.

You are not a problem I am here to solve.
You are a person I am here to witness.

Your agency stays with you. Always.

Remote, But Never Distant

All sessions are offered remotely, so you can work with me from wherever you are.

You don’t need an elaborate altar, perfect meditation practice, or particularly spiritual-looking home.

Honestly?

You can show up in sweatpants.

Come somewhere comfortable and relatively uninterrupted. We’ll meet via video, and I’ll remain present and engaged throughout our time together.

There is no performance required.

Just presence.

Who This Work Is For

You don’t need to arrive with the right vocabulary or know exactly what you need.

This work may resonate if you’re moving through a transition, feeling something shift beneath the surface, repeating patterns you’re ready to understand differently, reconnecting with your intuition, exploring spirituality outside a rigid tradition, or simply tired of ignoring the parts of yourself that have been whispering for a while.

You can be deeply spiritual.

Deeply skeptical.

Somewhere in between.

My Path

I didn’t take a typical route here.

My path has been shaped by years of learning to trust what I sense, listen to my instincts, and stay present with what is real — especially when the answer wasn’t immediately clear.

I’m a Usui Reiki Master, trained through all three levels, with additional study in meditation, mindfulness facilitation, intuitive development, and astrology.

But my deepest education came through experience:

The moments that cracked me open.
The seasons that demanded honesty.
The experiences that taught me to sit with what’s real without rushing it toward resolution.

That is the space I hold now.

I don’t force breakthroughs or push for catharsis. I work with what is present, paying attention to what is ready to be explored and what may need more time.

Clarity. Compassion. Deep listening.

My approach is less about becoming someone new and more about remembering what has been there all along — your steadiness, your intuition, your agency, and your truth beneath the noise.

The work may offer insight.

But more importantly, it creates space for that insight to become yours.

And sometimes, to remember something you knew long before you had the words for it.
