My Path: Not a Straight Line, but a True One

My background is not a traditional credential arc. It is a long, honest practice of learning to trust my own perception.

I have spent years in the study of Reiki, intuitive development, and emotional integration. I am a Usui Reiki Master, trained through all three levels, with additional study in meditation, mindfulness facilitation, and intuitive work.

But my deepest training did not come from certification.

It came from the moments that cracked me open. The seasons that demanded honesty. The experiences that taught me how to sit with what is real without rushing it toward resolution.

That is the space I hold now.

That lived understanding is what shapes how I hold space. It is also what allows me to track your system gently and precisely. I notice the openings, the resistance, and the subtle shifts that show me what is ready to move and what needs more time.

I do not push for catharsis. I do not force breakthroughs. I honor the intelligence of your body and your energy and I work with it rather than against it.
