Sacred Veil Haven is a private business classified as a public accommodation under ADA Title III. While Title III does not yet include a formal WCAG-specific rule comparable to Title II, courts and the U.S. Department of Justice consistently reference WCAG 2.1 AA as the prevailing technical standard for web accessibility under Title III. Sacred Veil Haven is proactively aligning with this standard to ensure full compliance and to honor its commitment to universal access.

Sacred Veil Haven has initiated a comprehensive accessibility audit conducted by a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC). This audit encompasses the full scope of the digital experience and includes the following evaluations:
