REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We honor your investment in this work. Please review this policy before booking a session or placing an order.
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
This Refund & Return Policy governs all transactions with Sacred Veil Haven LLC ("Company"). It reflects our commitment to transparency, mutual respect, and the trust you place in us when you engage with our offerings. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Client Services Agreement, which contains additional terms governing the services we provide.
By booking a session, purchasing a product, or engaging with any service offered by Sacred Veil Haven LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
SECTION 1: SESSION CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
1.1 Cancellation with 24+ Hours' Notice
You may cancel your session with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. In this case, you may choose to:
Reschedule your session one time (subject to availability), or
Receive a full refund, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
1.2 Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. The full session fee is forfeited.
1.3 No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee is forfeited. No refund will be issued.
1.4 Completed Sessions
Once a session has been delivered in full, no refund will be issued. This applies to all session types, including remote Reiki, energetic mapping, intuitive readings, ritual guidance, and somatic grounding support.
SECTION 2: RESCHEDULING
2.1 First Reschedule
You may reschedule your session one time per booking, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before your original appointment time.
2.2 Additional Reschedules
Any reschedule beyond the first may incur a $25 administrative fee, payable before the new session is confirmed.

To reschedule, please use the link provided in your booking confirmation email through Acuity Scheduling at sacredveilhaven.as.me, or contact us directly at operations@sacredveilhaven.studio.
SECTION 3: DIGITAL PRODUCTS
3.1 No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products — including, but not limited to, PDFs, ritual guides, meditations, and downloadable content — are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
3.2 Delivery Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at operations@sacredveilhaven.studio within 48 hours of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
SECTION 4: SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS — THE INNER ALCHEMY CIRCLE
4.1 Membership Overview
The Inner Alchemy Circle is Sacred Veil Haven's membership offering, providing exclusive community access, member-only discounts, and early access to new offerings and releases.
4.2 Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis at the plan selected at the time of enrollment:
Monthly Plan: $7.77 per month
Annual Plan: $60.00 per year
All membership fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD) and processed through the Company's integrated payment platform. Billing occurs automatically on the same date each cycle unless the membership is canceled prior to the renewal date.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Inner Alchemy Circle membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to membership benefits through that period. To cancel, please contact us at operations@sacredveilhaven.studio.
4.4 Prorated Refunds
If you cancel your membership mid-cycle, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period, calculated from the date of your cancellation request to the end of the cycle. Prorated refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4.5 Non-Refundable Membership Benefits
Any member-only discounts, early access privileges, or exclusive content accessed or redeemed during the billing period are considered fulfilled and are not subject to refund, credit, or clawback.
4.6 Plan Changes
If you wish to switch between Monthly and Annual plans, please contact us at operations@sacredveilhaven.studio. Plan changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refund or credit will be issued for switching from an Annual plan to a Monthly plan mid-cycle beyond the standard prorated refund outlined in Section 4.4.
4.7 Membership Termination by the Company
Sacred Veil Haven LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its sole discretion for conduct that violates community guidelines or the terms outlined in the Client Services Agreement. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
SECTION 5: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS & RETURNS
5.1 Condition of Products
All physical products — including ritual kits, sprays, candles, crystals, and herbal blends — are carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. We take great care in packaging each item to arrive safely.
5.2 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. To be eligible, the following requirements must be met — this is a firm deadline with no exceptions:
You must contact us at operations@sacredveilhaven.studio within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photo documentation of the damage (product and packaging), along with your order number.
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be honored.
5.3 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our ritual products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
Items that have been opened, used, or altered
Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow product safety instructions
Products where dissatisfaction is based on personal preference, scent, or energetic experience
Sale, clearance, or promotional items
Gift cards or store credit
Bundled or custom-assembled ritual kits
All sales of physical products are considered final unless the item arrives damaged and a valid claim is submitted within the required timeframe.
5.4 Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved for a damaged item, Sacred Veil Haven LLC will cover the cost of return shipping.
5.5 No Exchanges
Sacred Veil Haven LLC does not offer exchanges on any physical products. If your item arrives damaged and a valid claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at the Company's sole discretion.
SECTION 6: COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS
6.1
Sacred Veil Haven LLC reserves the right to cancel any session due to practitioner illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.2
In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, you will be offered:
A full refund of the session fee, or
The option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
6.3 Technology & Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by technology failures (including Zoom outages, internet disruptions, or platform malfunctions) or force majeure events (including natural disasters, pandemics, or government orders). In such cases, a partial refund or rescheduling may be offered at the Company's sole discretion.
SECTION 7: PAYMENT INFORMATION
7.1
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
7.2
Payments are processed through Stripe, Square, or other integrated payment processors. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
7.3
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement after approval.
7.4
Payment plans are not available unless explicitly agreed to in writing by the Company.
SECTION 8: EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS
8.1
We understand that life is unpredictable. Emergency exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the practitioner.
8.2
To request an emergency exception, please contact us at operations@sacredveilhaven.studio as soon as possible with a brief explanation of your circumstances.
SECTION 9: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1
If you have a concern about a charge, refund, or return, please contact us first at operations@sacredveilhaven.studio. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith.
9.2
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. For additional dispute resolution terms, please refer to Section 14 of our Client Services Agreement.
SECTION 10: POLICY UPDATES
10.1
Sacred Veil Haven LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at sacredveilhaven.studio and will take effect immediately upon posting.
10.2
Continued use of our services or purchase of products after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
