FAQs

Do I need to be on a video call?

1

No. Most Sacred Veil Haven sessions are conducted without video. We connect briefly beforehand — by phone or message — to discuss your intention, and then you simply settle in and receive. No screen required.

What if I’m skeptical?

2

You’re in good company, and that’s genuinely welcome here. Skepticism is not a barrier to receiving this work — it means you’re paying attention. You don’t need belief. You need willingness. Those are very different things.

What will I feel during a session?

3

There is no single answer, and that’s part of what makes this honest. Clients report warmth, tingling, heaviness, deep rest, emotional release, vivid imagery, laughter, or simply a quiet settling. Some feel nothing dramatic at all. None of those experiences are wrong. There is no correct way to receive Reiki.

What kinds of shifts or outcomes can I expect after a session?

4

Two hands with rings and bracelets pressed together in a prayer gesture, with tattoos on the forearms, against a blurred background of trees and sunlight.

Most clients describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded. You may notice emotional release, insight, renewed energy, or a softening of stress patterns. Some shifts are immediate; others unfold gradually as your system integrates the work.

Reiki doesn’t force change—it supports your natural healing intelligence. The outcomes tend to be gentle but meaningful, helping you return to a steadier, more aligned version of yourself.

How is your approach different from other Reiki practitioners?

5

My work is shaped by more than three years of dedicated practice and long study in Reiki, intuitive development, meditation, and emotional integration. I blend traditional Usui Reiki with intuitive listening, mindfulness facilitation, and a deep respect for the emotional body.

Sessions are not just energetic—they are relational. I hold space with steadiness, attunement, and presence, allowing your system to feel safe enough to soften, release, and reorganize.

Do I need to believe in energy work for it to be effective?

6

No. Reiki does not require belief—only openness. Many clients come in curious or unsure and still experience meaningful shifts. Reiki works with the body’s natural capacity to regulate, restore, and rebalance.

Skepticism is welcome. You don’t need to “try” to make anything happen. Simply rest, breathe, and let your system receive what it’s ready for.
