You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. There is nothing you need to perform, prove, or prepare. The session closes with grounding, reflection, and integration so you have space to gather what surfaced and consider what you want to carry forward.
02 — Do I have to be spiritual or believe in Reiki for this work to be meaningful?
Not at all.
You do not need a particular belief system, religious background, or spiritual practice to enter the Haven. Curiosity is enough.
Sacred Veil Haven is a space for people who are exploring themselves, navigating change, seeking perspective, or simply sensing that something is shifting beneath the surface. You are welcome to remain curious, skeptical, open-minded, or somewhere in between.
03 — Are sessions conducted remotely?
Yes. All Sacred Veil Haven ceremonies are conducted remotely, allowing you to receive the work from wherever you are.
For Remote Reiki, you simply create a quiet place to rest during your scheduled session window. For channeled and astrological ceremonies, no special preparation is required — you may go about your day while the ceremony takes place.
Your keepsake PDF is delivered within 48 hours of the ceremony’s close.
04 — How do I know which ceremony is right for me?
You do not have to figure that out alone.
The First Thread is a complimentary 30-minute consultation designed to help us understand what you are carrying and identify which ceremony is most aligned with your current season.
If you already know what you are seeking, you can choose directly from the available ceremonies. If you only know that something feels different, unsettled, heavy, or ready to change, that is enough of a place to begin.
05 — Is this a substitute for therapy, medical care, or other professional services?
No.
Sacred Veil Haven offers spiritual, intuitive, energetic, and supportive services intended for personal exploration and holistic well-being. These services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions and are not a replacement for licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial care.
The work can exist alongside your existing professional support, but it should never replace it. Sacred Veil Haven also does not provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services.
